Hold on! My membership benefits accumulate?
Yes! For each membership period (monthly or annual), the included benefits are added to the unused benefits from the previous period. For example, if your membership includes One Diamond Design Credit and, during your first year as a member, you do not use it, when your membership renews, you’ll have Two Diamond Design Credits available to use.
What are these “Diamond Design Credits”?
A Diamond Design Credit can be used to pay for certain graphic services from Best Book Monkey. They include eBook Covers, eBook Covers & Print Covers, Book Trailers, and The Monkey’s wide array of Custom Graphics and Custom Graphic Packages.
You can use the Diamond Design Credits at your discretion. If you have two Diamond Design Credits, you could order two eBook Covers or one eBook Cover and one Book Trailer.
We are a small publishing house, can we join the Author Marketing Club?
Best Book Monkey works with publishing houses, agents, promoters, author admins, thousands of authors, and with anyone who is connected to the publishing industry. We’re happy to have you join the Author Marketing Club.
I’m not an author. Can I use your service?
Are the websites just lame templates?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Additionally, we offer payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, direct bank payments, and more!
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your Monkey Membership Benefits will be valid through the end of your subscription period.
Can I split a membership with a friend?
That is 100% up to you. Please note that each membership comes with Coupon Codes to access your specific benefits. If your friend says they are only going to use two of the benefits and they use them all, you’ll have no promotions left for your books.
Can I promote someone else’s books with my Membership?
Each Membership includes a fixed number of GOLD Book Promotion Packages and design service codes. We are happy to promote any books that meet our Editorial Requirements and provide design or advertising services when ordered with our codes. However, we do prohibit the reselling of Best Book Monkey Products or services.
