Book Trailer FAQs
What does Unlimited Revisions really mean?
It means unlimited revisions. The Best Book Monkey Team is going to design the perfect trailer for your book.
Video design is often an iterative process. We’re not going to tell you that you only get three edits or some whacky limitation on getting the book trailer that you want.
I already did a trailer for my book, but its not very good. Can you fix it?
Perhaps. If you’ve designed it in Adobe products, we can edit it. Please contact us if you’ve used other software.
Just to be clear, we only work with appropriately licensed footage and graphics. If you’ve copied graphics without permission, we’ll have to decline
Do we get the source files for our book trailer?
Yes. We will provide the source files. We will also keep them on file in case we need to make any updates for you. Of course, you retain all rights to your trailer and can make any modifications you desire.
To be clear, we are a professional design team. We use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. While you will have the source files, you will also need the proper software licenses from Adobe.
Can you design a new cover and quick book trailer for my book launch tomorrow?
No. We focus on designing the best trailers and book covers possible for serious authors. It will take more than a day to design and create a professional trailer. Plus, we may need to go back and forth with you multiple times to tweak it until it’s exactly what you want.
Do we have to supply our own media and graphics for the book trailer?
No. We can craft your book trailer from scratch. We use Envato and Freepik for stock footage.
Of course, if you have footage you want to use and have the rights to use it, we’ll be happy to incorporate it into the design.
Can you design trailers for Book Series or Audiobook?
Yes. If you want your trailer to focus on a book series or an audiobook, we can do that!
Do you use AI in your trailers?
If we are unable to find the perfect stock footage, or if you have specific video requirements that need AI to come to life, then we will use AI.
Please note that all professional design software includes AI tools. All the tools we use, and all the designs we create, are properly licensed.
We understand that many authors have legitimate concerns about AI, and we only work with teams and tools that honor the creativity of creators.
Are book trailers included in Best Book Monkey’s Author Marketing Club?
